ELSA provision at Springhill Primary School

Mrs Sue Chapman our school ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) is specially trained in helping children deal with their emotions and feelings and those of others.    She can support children with their social skills, self-esteem, friendship issues, relationships, anger management and behaviour, anxiety and worries.

Home Link Support: If you are struggling with the current cost of living crisis and need help, Mrs Chapman may have resources to help you.

  • https://www.solinked.org.uk provides information about food banks and food pantries where you can receive food parcels for free or for a small donation.   Please contact Mrs Chapman) as she is able to make referrals to food banks.

  • Citizens Advice Bureau: citizensadvice.org.uk    We can all face problems that seem complicated or intimidating.   • At Springhill we have a small food pantry to provide food parcels for our families; please do contact the school office and asked to be put through to Mrs Chapman, who will be happy to help.  Every request will be treated in the strictest confidence.
